Additional details: expression, posing, background, whatever that can help me a bit visualize the drawing. You can also write a short paragraph of said character's personality and/or link some pose references or scribbles as long as it's doable or coherent

I am not at all a professional artist and rather a freelancer who likes draws as a hobby to pay my bills.

Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and I have the right to cancel and/or dismiss your commission order.

I have the rights of the produced drawing to post and/or promote in any place or site to my liking. However if my client is uncomfortable with this then let me know to take down the artwork.

The commissioner is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use; personal physical print of the artwork, upload the artwork as promotional artwork (video thumbnail, announcements, etc) as long as I am given the proper credit.

Reproduction/usage of the copyrighted artwork commercial distribution of physical/digital goods without my knowledge.

Using my copyrighted artwork for crypto scams such as NFTs or anything of the variety.

Using my copyrighted artwork to harm someone or spread hate speech and such.

Removing/taking away credit of the produced artwork.

I prefer payments to be paid in full upfront. However in some circumstances I wouldn't mind having the payment after the WIP sketch piece if asked prior to the commission order (mainly when it comes to custom design orders)

I accept payments via kofi and/or paypal goods and services in USD payments unless stated.

I do not and will never tolerate or accept any form of cryptocurrency. offering as such will be an instant block/blacklist.

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

If the full payment has not been sent within 7 days without prior notice then I have the right to cancel the commission.

I will only start the commission once I receive the full payment amount. (in certain circumstances, read point II-1)

Let me know beforehand if you'd like to receive updates throughout the process. Though I will contact you if I have any questions regarding the commission.

For custom commissions, I'll have to ask you to provide a moodboard of the character followed with a brief description in a bullet form.

My turnaround rate is roughly around to 2-8 weeks depending on the circumstances (health, college, etc). If any of the anything occurs that may cause a delay I'll be sure to notify the commissioner.

Once you receive the finished piece, you'll be allowed to ask for minor changes such like coloring or marking etc as long as it's easily manageable.

Any major changes on the finished product will charge an extra revisions fee (5-20 USD) such as outfit change, fixing length/size of certain objects, anything that makes me redraw the piece completely.

I can only do 2-5 additional characters MAX

Extra characters for cheebs: +7 for regular | +12 USD for lineless.

Extra characters for classics: +75% of base price.

DS complexity fee: 5-20+ USD depends on the details

Discord/Twitch emotes bulk order (cheeb - same character only): 20 USD - regular | 35 - lineless

flat/gradient/geometrical/image as backgrounds is free of charge

Environmental bgs and prop cost extra and the price negotiated firsthand depends on the complexity, usually ranging about minimum of 3-5 USD (simple design handheld items or small animals) and at most 20+ USD (more intricate stuff like crowded places or big towns/cities, something I don't usually draw) Of course the price can be negotiated and will be applied as i see fit.

Fullbody Ref sheet/outfit redesign of a pre-existing character cost the same as base price (already included single character + opt* name + opt* color palette)

Full custom design from scratch and/or redesign complexity fee cost an extra 10+ USD depending the intricacy and detail of the design (included close up on certain details like accessories, separate seamless pattern file, etc)

+15-25 extra expression per headshot (classic style)

+60% base price for alt clothes design of the character on the finished ref sheet

+75% base price for a diff pose/side/back view
